What to Expect

Hours of Operation

Our wellness center is a by appointment facility generally taking appointments during these hours: Monday thru Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-5pm.   Appointments can be accommodated outside of these hours on an individual basis. Appointment Policy

Giving our customers the highest quality, highest caliber service is our goal. Because of this, we are a By Appointment facility. Please allow 2 to 24 hours notice for any appointments. Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on scheduling and therapist availability.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellation is requested. 50% of your service will be assessed for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Missed appointments will be charged 100%. Appointments will be held for no more than 10 minutes of your appointed time. If you are running late, please call and we’ll try to accommodate according to our next appointments.

Checking In and Out

Once you walk through the door of our wellness center, the feeling of tranquility envelops you. The sounds of a lightly falling water element, along with the tranquil sounds of meditation music fill the air.

Once you check in, a member of our staff will offer you a robe (shorts & t-shirt) and direct you to the dressing room. You will find six individual lockers, equipped with a lock & key, for your clothing and personal belongings. The key should be taken with you to your therapy session.
Once finished, walk through the red velvet curtain into the main therapy room. A member of our staff will greet & direct you.

After your session and use of amenities, follow the velvet curtain back to the dressing room. A member of our staff will escort you.

* Time is allotted before & after sessions for the use of our dry/steam saunas. Kindly inform us if you will be interested in these extra services when scheduling your appointment, in order to allow proper time between sessions.
Upon arrival for your session, please confirm the use of the saunas to our receptionist.

Gratuities

Gratuity is appreciated by our customers’ discretion. Gratuity is not included in our pricing or gift certificates. For credit card payment, a gratuity line is added for your convenience. Envelopes for cash gratuity are located on the front counter.

General Information & Disclosure

We request disclosure of any medical conditions and / or medication that may cause adverse effects from our services.

Bruising and / or soreness may occur from some of our therapeutic massages due to any deep pressure applied.
We suggest you have a light meal and be well hydrated prior to therapy.

For maximum benefit, use of sauna is recommended. Please allow extra time (15-30 minutes) before and after your massage in order to have ample time to use our amenities.

Our massages treatments typically end with light stretching movements. Some of these stretches may put your body in unorthodox positions while on the massage table. Please feel free to ask your therapist to refrain from the stretches if you feel uncomfortable at any time. Relax & enjoy these stretches to receive maximum benefit from our massage services.
