It's a small, no frills place. But it's welcoming and has all the things that really matter.

The massage therapist I had was AMAZE. Super nice, perfect amount of pressure, and thorough. I opted for the 90 minute massage and it was oh so relaxing. (And my back is 110% better.)

So yeah, this is a good spot for a massage. And the prices aren't bad either.

The reviews about the kids running around upstairs are true, but it didn't bother me, I wasn't trying to sleep or anything so after a while I kinda just blocked it out.

I explained that I am on my feet most of the day and have had a herniated disk that caused sciatica previously. I explained that my lower back and legs are were I feel most soreness. She then had me lay on the table and began by adjusting me on the table. She then explained to breathe through any difficult tension which I did A LOT of and I'm glad I did. She worked thoroughly and got deep into my muscle. By the time I got off the table I felt lighter and painless. Afterwards we talked about what she noticed about my body and what I can do to help. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking for a deep and thorough massage!
