Sports Massage

Customized to the athletes needs. Help body for optimal performance, better recover, increase endurance. Stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluid.

Deep Tissue Massage

Reduce pain, stimulate blood circulation and increase your range of motion by enhancing individual muscles.

Prenatal Massage

Help relieve discomfort associated with pregnancy and release stress. Assists in relaxation, reduced neck, back, and joint pain, muscle weakness and tension. Enhance circulation and promote overall wellness throughout the course of a woman's pregnancy. Only offered in 60 minutes

Postnatal Massage

Relieve your physical symptoms and help adjust more easily to the many changes in your body. Helps restore your muscles to their pre-pregnancy condition and relief stress.
